The Bandit programmed his own special. It has a very quick activation, but a long activation cutscene.
After activating his special, he removes the bandana from his arm and then ties it around his eyes. It then drains his Sight stats and puts those stat points into speed, allowing him to attack very quickly.
To deactivate the special, he simply removes the bandana from his eyes.
He has used this special twice so far against Kleya, once in the DeathMatch and again in Game Trials.
